Dental Clinic OS - Clinic Management System

An offline-first desktop system that runs the entire daily workflow of a real dental clinic, replacing paper records. The reception PC acts as a local server and the doctor's laptop connects to it over the clinic network, so the queue, appointments and alerts update instantly on both devices through WebSocket. It covers patient registration and search, appointments with booking codes, a live queue with a waiting-room TV display, patient files with visits, printable prescriptions and attachments, billing with partial payments, financial reports and daily closing, expenses, inventory, automatic backups, and role-based access for the doctor and the receptionist. It also receives online bookings from the clinic's website.

Dental Clinic Website & Online Booking

The official website and online booking system for the clinic. It is Arabic-first and fully responsive, with services, the doctor's profile, an FAQ and contact details. A booking wizard (service → date → time → details) shows live availability from Supabase, and double bookings are prevented at the database level. Every online booking syncs automatically to the clinic's desktop system and alerts the receptionist instantly.

A complete bilingual (Arabic/English) corporate website for Nashvell International Trading Co., a global trade, logistics and investment company. It includes dedicated pages for products, technology, projects, investment, logistics and media, with Supabase handling authentication and data, and a secure staff dashboard that gives full control over the site's content.

White Wing Dental Center - Landing Page

A modern Arabic (RTL) landing page for a dental and implant center (sample content), designed and built from scratch with pure HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no frameworks. It features a hero with booking and WhatsApp calls to action, animated counters, eight service cards, a “why us” section, doctors' profiles, a photo gallery, a validated appointment booking form, a sticky header, an accessible mobile menu and scroll-reveal animations.

Al-Masry Sweets — Online Store

An Arabic (RTL) online store for “Al-Masry”, a family sweets shop running since 1965. It has a product catalog with categories, offers and packages, a shopping cart that sends the order as a ready-made WhatsApp message, customer reviews published after admin approval, and a secure admin panel to manage products, offers, reviews and site settings. Built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript on Firebase (Firestore, Auth and Storage).

TaskFlow - Project Management System

A full-stack project and task management system built with ASP.NET Core 8, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server using Clean Architecture. Teams organize projects, assign tasks on a Kanban board, manage departments and users with role-based access (ASP.NET Core Identity), get notifications, and export reports to PDF and Excel from one dashboard, with a full administration panel.

About Me

Who I Am

I'm Salman Tawfiq, an Information Systems Specialist (IT Support) and Full-Stack .NET Developer based in Riyadh. I build secure, maintainable web applications with ASP.NET Core, C# and SQL Server, and I care about the whole picture: a well-designed database, clean APIs, and an interface people enjoy using.

My foundation is a B.Sc. in Management Information Systems, reinforced by hands-on work as an Information Systems Specialist with the Egyptian Armed Forces — operating and monitoring systems, troubleshooting faults and safeguarding data integrity — and then professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer at Kesra Digital Marketing. I back it up with the CLS ASP Full Stack program and Microsoft Official Courses 20486 and 20480, and I deliver complete, end-to-end features with discipline, accuracy and teamwork.
